I have calmed a bit these past couple days, after the dinner i went to the past couple days ..i wold only wake up anxious a bit, get heart palpitations and then calm until noon and also at night i would get an anxiety attack , but they are mild if i dont have any specific reason to worry , this week was crazy so i think its expected to feel stressed, but these past two days i was calmer than before thankfully ...
Im writing everyday on my journal, im doing breathing exercises and my pulse and bp are fine most of the times , sometimes they rise when i overtink things or without any reason, sometimes im calm but my body just gets a weird reaction so thats discouraging a bit ..i worry more about simple things and things i diddnt worry about before, like my diet, screen glaring and going out , exercise etc...just safety in general
I also feel sad sometimes just when i think about some things in my life , i cant cry but i just feel sad
