Anxiety

Hi, i need some advice, i have anxiety when it comes to my meds. My doc put me back on the same bp meds, and im afraid something bad will happen. Im going to take it tonight. Its 2.5 mg. I need reassurance.

Amplodipine, and zoloft for anxiety

Yeah I did at the beginning with a lot but I don’t really remember all of them

What side effects did you have, i get headaches, plus sometimes it feels like im vibrating , in my head and body, it comes and goes

Yes I had that too and I had a tight throat feeling

I had the tight throat feeling too, it felt like something was stuck in my throat which freaked me out

Yeah I had that too and eating made it worse for me ugh

My doctor has me taking Xanax...and it really helps. Maybe you could try asking about trying that.

I have anxiety when it comes to trying new meds or switching. I think something bad will happen

No. There are no side affects. It helps calm your nerves and keeps your anxiety to a minimum level.

Im suppose to be sleeping, my anxiety is getting to me, im having thoughts of my life is over, my brain will explode or something bad will happen

Sorry I'm just getting back to you. Since I have been out of the hospital, because I tried to commit suicide, I am trying to do things differently like putting up inspiration saying I'm worthy...etc. Do you think trying something like that would help you?

Because I don't trust anyone to talk to and I let all my anger and anxiety build up and I just couldn't take anymore. I have dealt with Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar since I was nine years old.
