I suffer from depression and anxiety. I take numerous meds and attend an outpatient clinic 3x a week. The meds help me stabilize my conditions, while the clinic helps somewhat. If I need it, I'll call the crisis line. Thanks, Ed Schultz

So happy that you have places to go to and meds that help you. I’m always here 4 U. U also have HU as a part of your life now as well.
Thanks. Ed
I have one need that really helps but they wrote the prescription like take 3x day as needed but only gave me 30?
I understand. When my Dr first prescribed me my anti anxiety medication (0.25 mg of Xanax) the prescription was written about the same as yours. They do this for a huge reason. It's all about your trust relationship between you and your Dr. Thankfully I took them- only as needed. After about 4 months of treatment, and me making it to every single appointment, he went ahead and made it very clear that I could call whenever I needed any more medication than what he had prescribed, and it would be called in immediately.
Drs really like to get to know you and learn that you have accountability and responsibility ¹. Most really like to have a good dr-patient relationship. Thankfully I never needed any more.
I ended up switching to a psychiatrist a couple years later who prescribes me plenty.
Main thing: show them you're not taking more medication than you absolutely need. No drug -seeking behavior. I hope this helps. Good luck with everything! You got this.

Forgot my meds today and not doing too good
Missed the group meeting on Wednesday
Saw my psychiatrist Wednesday she doesn’t listen to me very good
How are things going for you?
Morning I’d like to know how I wake up in a panic mode drives me crazy took my meds maybe that will help
Can’t see my therapist till Friday 5 more days
I wish I had somewhere to go 3 times a week. I wanted partial hospitalization but my insurance wouldn’t cover it.
What meds are you on, if I may ask?
I can say some of them Cymbalta, Clonazepam, Gabapentin, and Seroquel. By the way, I feel blessed that my medical insurance covers me for outpatient therapy.
