I am sorry that you have to go through this struggle. Have you spoke with your Doctor about this? It may be that the meds you are on could be making you feel this way from side effects. Also, I have to do a few little things to help my anxiety. First trying to fight my anxiety makes it worse. I just breath deep and affirm what I am worried about. I write what I am worried about on a piece of paper and see if it really comes to pass. I start singing out loud a song that I like ( I know that sounds funny ) but it helps my good thoughts brain over ride my anxious brain. I turn on music that I like. I meditate or listen to motivational speakers on You tube. Dealing with anxiety can be so over whelming. Our brains just kick into over drive. However, we can do a few little techniques that say, " oh no, not my anxious brain today". Do you have a good support system of family and friends? sometimes just a hug or a hold of the hand helps. Do you have someone you can talk to? I have a few resources I can pass along if you would like. I also have a number with a counselor on the other end of the phone free of charge, if you would like any of these, I will message them to you. Thinking of you and praying.
I found out two of the meds I’d been taking was causing me to have these really terrible symptoms and now I am off of them and in one they hells. I still have a long way to go but there is hope for you and me. Keep trying to figure out your meds until something clicks and helps you. Best to you.
Hi I would get dizzy, would feel like spinning around me, restless and panicky, zoned out or brain fog, blurred vision, felt like I was in emergency mode all the time with no reason , out of my body sometimes, ... some of this may have been from my conditions themselves, anxiety depression ptsd ocd bipolar, some though, left me when I switched off of them.
