Starting today I am going to start posting quotes that I find inspirational and that may help others.
This quote inspires me because not a lot of people actually understand what I am going through and I do sometimes feel invisible or alienated, but that one person that does understand makes up for all the others who do not and for that moment I feel loved and can give love.

As people that suffer from anxiety and depression our biggest struggle is fighting that feeling of not being safe. I know that the thing that makes me feel safest is having someone to talk to that will listen to my story and let me be who I am without any judgement.
