I use to be so happy . Then it’s like a series of events that took place that really killed my self esteem. Even typing this is hard for me ... But I’m really going crazy keeping this in . Basically there has been viscous rumors started about me . Concerning feminine odor.. in the work place .. It was so mean the way these girls went about me . That have no idea what they done to me . They really killed my spirit and took my confidence. People look at me and tell me I’m beautiful all the time . And have no idea that I’m suffering .. mentally . It made me so self conscious. Insecure. And I really don’t like the person I’m becoming . I don’t know how to overcome this ... I really don’t . It made me not want to pursue my dreams anymore . Like it really killed me . And took a lot out of me. The humiliation.. the embarrassment. The constant reminder. Because I where I work is VERY cady !! I just want to feel okay again .

hi kady,this world is just full of rumers and more rumers.you have to not let these get you

down,wy when people say your beautifull you don't believe them yet you get cocernrd about silly rumers and that's what they are.so just ignor any rumer.what was the saying

about sticks and stones might,do you know the rest,kady as from today start afresh with

your life,and definatley don't let rumers get to you,promise me from England.peek

When I was in fifth grade, my family used to make fun of me because of my body figure. I was already unsure of my self and they just add it worse. Over time, like, a long time, I was able to mostly over come it. I tried to get comfortable with my image by wearing clothes that covered what I was ashamed of. Over time, I became more comfortable and I slowly changed my clothes to match how I felt about myself. Gaining confidence takes time. I suggest starting with surrounding yourself with people who love you. They can help you love yourself. Wear clothes that your comfortable in and make you feel in power. Do activities that make you happy. Try to surround yourself with positive energy as much as you can. Focusing on the good things in life can help.
