HU emails all go to my junk emails, why and what can I do about it?

I would be very grateful for any tips on how to stop all posts from HU going to my junk mail box - I have tried looking at settings and don’t see anything that has changed…it’s very strange. I’m not aware of having done anything differently and my junk mail is never up to date so I only see posts that have been written days ago.

hi ,I think hu tinker with the site sometimes….mine went Portuguese recently so I logged out and back in and it was ok

Yes, about a month ago I think.

That happens to me when I do upgrades. I'm not tech person but it seems not to recognize some of the addresses.

It could be something to do with the settings on your e mail provider. There should be an option to choose which addresses you don' t want going into spam?

Thanks MadBunny, I did look in settings but HU didn’t appear to be on it. I do have an HU app but when I click on it, it is so tiny I can hardly see the screen! I usually rely on HU emails to get into the site(just don’t want them late in junk!)

try this:

1) go to a HU email

2) click in the box (on the left)... the email should be highlighted

3) right click your mouse

4) choose the last option... move to another file, click

5) choose ''mailbox'' or ''inbox''

all further emails from HU should go there

Thanks roses4all for this - not sure what I am doing wrong but when I click on a HU email on left, all I get is a green circle with H in it, then there is a long rectangle with search in it. I have an Apple iPad, wonder if there is no box like yours because of different configuration perhaps? ? Will keep trying though and many thanks for your help.

The green circle part is good. It's the first step. You need to figure out how to right click on an ipad. There are a few Youtube videos for this. And yeah, it's different because I'm on a laptop.

Try this...

1) click on the message to highlight it

2) look at your menu options across the top. The first one should be delete. My third option is ''move''.

3) Click on ''move''. My last option here is ''move to inbox''. I don't know if that will move ALL future messages. Maybe it will be an option presented to you.

Hi roses4all, thank you so much for all your help. Hopefully all sorted now…

But yesterday I got a notification warning me there had been a data leak and I would have to change my passwords on 45 sites so gosh trying to get my head round that!!! We have a laptop( as of nearly 2 years ago) and the only thing we use it for is to update the satnav, we just continue to use the iPads…how sad is that! Just wish we were more technically aware. Thanks again though for all your help, I really appreciate it x
