You’re likely magnesium deficient. Please take a supplement. Your nerves also are crying out for b vitamins. Especially B6 and B12. This is science, not just one person’s opinion. I mention this a lot and I’m sure some don’t listen and continue being miserable but for less than $20, you can really help yourself. Then there’s the thought aspect. A lot of people recommend reading Dr Claire Weekes. Is that the spelling? Many people sing her praises here. What’s helped me is powerful thoughts. Strengthening that part of you that knows what drives you and why. Another thing that helps me is living for others in my life, being strong for them and my best self for them cuz they rely on me. Sending you a prayer today for strength, peace and renewal. Push through, keep pushing through those brick walls cuz once you get up close enough they melt away.

Try mindfulness meditation, helps you accept rather than fight which lessens the anxiety.

I am so sorry you are dealing with anxiety! I understand completely and thankfully am on the other side.

For me, I practiced antianxiety exercises on the daily even when I felt fine, deep breathing, counting, tapping, etc.

I also am mindful of my activity levels and find if I am constantly in a techy zone I get more anxious. I have to move, clean, get positive music going.

I find the resources here helpful: bit.ly/2NiChsQ

I pray you find peace in the midst and your anxiety's hold on you is broken!

Hi and thank u. I need to do something soon because I'm tired of this ordeal.I'm so exhausted from it. My anxiety etc plus my physical health destroyed my life. Then the way ppl treat me adds on. I will do a few things u told me about. I've been procrastinating

Boy do I understand that!! Yes, being ready for the change and to put the work in to get it is key. I just wrote about my experience at my blog. Living each day with expectation and freedom! Another thing that has helped me greatly is being diligent with my diet, both spiritual and physical. I have cut out gluten and dairy. I feed on the word of God and worship and prayer. Life changing!! Be blessed in this journey. Your victory is coming.
