Write out your concerns and try and deal with them in small bites, if you get stuck look at a further problem and repeat, until all the small bits add up to the whole, you will gain confidence and move on. Give it a try

What kind of help do you want? Happy to provide whatever I can and I’m sure others as well. Can you share anything about your situation or specifics on how you are feeling? Just basic stuff - doesn’t have to be intimately personal details if you don’t want. Are you very lonely? Feeling anxious? Both? Are you with or around others? Could you rate your mood and energy levels on a scale of 1-10? Do you want tips on how to help cope with something in particular?
Sorry for all the questions but want to be able to provide useful suggestions for you. One off the cuff, that hopefully isn’t too difficult is to find some music to listen to that matches your current mood. Something that resonates with how you feel. Singing along to it can also be helpful.
Meditation and deep relaxation can be very helpful. I don’t know if you are taking medication. You should speak to your doctor about that. Also consider a therapist if you don’t have one. They can help you get to the root of your problems. If you’re feeling alone there are many support groups that you could attend. You’ll find that a lot of people are feeling just like you. And of course you can post here. This is a very supportive and caring community filled with members who are empathetic and supportive.
