Feel alone???

Is it just me but I always feel no matter what I seem like I have no one to talk/vent to. Even with my family and girlfriend that care about me it seems like they can only take so much of me talking. Just looking for someone to talk to

I'm kinda in a weird place.super stressed and full of anxiety. Plus my relationship is in a rough patch which doesn't help...sometimes I just want to turn my brain off for a while

Oh man I know the feeling all to well with the anxiety. Life & its challenges, we have to learn how to retrain our thought patterns. I'm sorry about the rough patch in your relationship, sure hope it passes soon & when you come out of it your relationship will be all the stronger for it. Try to take your mind to a happy place or time. Fight the good fight for you, never give up, it's worth it, I've been battling for over 30 years. May you have a beautiful day. Hi Rick, the mind needs to vent and bounce ideas off others so if you are feeling like you need to talk, that is because there are things that the mind needs to express or process through you venting to someone. We often seek the ones who care about us to vent to, but I have found that I can also vent to people outside of that close circle who can either relate, understand or just listen to me. Maybe you could try venting through writing as well?
