Yes, and yes medication has helped me a lot!
I deal with the same OCD obsessive thoughts it's a prison with no bars windows fence or gaurds..my medication simmer it down,plus I went 11 years symptoms free no medication good diet excise normal life.
Past year and half has been tortures with out my and kids.YES my medication and therapy doing the work hang in.
