Can you find someone to talk to? To get your mind off the intrusive thoughts? Can you take a nap or do something to distract yourself? Do you have a safety plan? just some thoughts.

What helps me especially with learning about me potentially having PTSD. Try and ground yourself I suppose is the correct way to say it. Focus on your surroundings, taking in the room or area your in and breath. Especially if you're out in nature or on a walk. Its not that easy, I do understand. But forcing yourself to intake the area around you definitely can help especially if you need to guide yourself onto something more positive.

I have intrusive thoughts all the time. I can't shake them. I've read online others found ways to help stop them but here I am still battling intrusive thoughts , anxiety, what ifs non stop , loneliness , sadness from time to time. I'm trying my best. I've seen doctors some meds have helped but I just feel mentally tired right now. I hope things get better for me and you and anyone else struggling. πŸ™
