Who else have super abnormal thoughts they wish they could jst sleep forever because people are going to think they are crazy

Hi they aren't super abnormal thoughts but are very common in depression. Why would others think you were crazy? x

Don't be bewildered by strange thoughts just observe them and let them be

Don't panic there is no point ? Are you on any medication?

I was advised to not be on drugs as they have lot of side effects

Every time I’m depressed (or just very unhappy), I wish I could sleep through the rest of my life. My thought is that if I’m asleep, it will be pretty hard to get into trouble; if something bad happens to me, it won’t be my fault - because I was asleep when it happened.
