Medication Decisions

I started on Prozac about a year ago, increased the dose about 3 months in, and have seen an improvement in my anxiety. The last couple months I’ve been feeling a little more off. More worried, anxious, similar to how I was feeling last year. This time of the year hits me hard with the seasons changing and the lack of light. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow to check in on my meds and I’m debating if I should ask about another increase?

I don’t want to invite side effects if it’s working pretty well as it is, but the winter is only going to be tougher... any suggestions or things I should be considering? :)

Depending on your level of anxiety that’s hard to answer. I’m on 300mg of Zoloft and it definitely works for me, but I also take Ativan and afew other meds for bipolar. Out of all anxiety I found Zoloft to work best for me

Yeah that’s fair. It’s hard to know if the grass is greener on the other side lol

Girl i dont know how you feel about fake tanning in a tanning bed but it if u go just once every week or two. Just for 10 mins in a 30 min bed wont tan you much at all but wont increase your skin cancer risk much either. It will give your body that dose of sun it wants though. I suffer from seasonal affective disorder and this works for me. Just remember, everything in moderation!

Eh, not really my thing. I take extra D in the winter to help too.
