Does anyone elses depression get worse at night? Every night for a month now I cant sleep, i toss and turn and it feels like forever until i fall asleep. Lately though i have been crying myself to sleep, even having panic attacks more often then before. I dont know how much longer i can go through this.

Yeah i get worse at night if my day wasnt very productive. You need to read a book or draw or write down what you are feeling and why you think that is. Be creative get the other side of your brain in charge dont just watch TV or play on your phone. Find a hobby that is easy on your thought process. Good luck take care

Ugh that's so hard...and for me personally I know it's cause I finally slow down and my brain then starts to think....have you talked to your doctor at all about it? The doctor may be able to tweak some of your meds or give you something else to add at night that will help you sleep - that can make a HUGE difference!!! In the meantime, like Raiden said, try to find something to occupy yourself and relax yourself before bedtime - read a novel, draw, color, etc. Another thing is finding some relaxation music online to listen to as you fall asleep - that really helps too! I hope you start to be able to sleep soon.
