just a question, is it me or does everyone have alot less to almost no anxiety at night.. mine seems to be the worst in the morning as soon as i wake up.. just curious. have a great eveneing and keep smiling!!! staying postive is the key..

Cortisol levels peak in the morning shortly after waking up... Plus, you have to mentally face the day.

Hello! I also feel this way, mornings are the worst. But sometimes when it gets bad, I feel anxious all day long. Luckily, by the time I have to go to sleep I'm so exhausted that I manage to fall asleep.

I have this same issue and often wonder about it. My anxiety is very high in the morning to the point it’s hard to get out of bed. It’s pretty much there all day but to a little lesser degree. Evening is usually the most relaxing compared to the rest of the day. Thanks for your post. I wondered if it was only me that felt this way.

Good morning .. Your not the only one .. And some morning I wake up with a knot in stomach , like someone just gave me the worse news in the world.. I'm sure you know that feeling as well.. Best we just brush it off fight it and try to have somewhat of a normal day!!!! I hope you have a superfab day!!

Like others, mornings are hard and feel a lot of anxiety. I dreaded going to work (recently left my job, so recently this has not been as bad). However, I notice I get very anxious right before bed and have racing thoughts and overthink a lot. It makes it hard to sleep. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, heart pounding. I suppose anxiety effects people differently.
