I start new session in cognitive behavioral therapy tomorrow morning. I’m really nervous and anxious about it. Any advice on how to relax?

Breath slowly in through your nose out through your mouth, next feed your mind with only positive thoughts! You're going to be fine, it's great that you're doing this! I wish you all the best! Love, peace, joy, light & hugs!!!
