Well my insurance won't cover online counseling. Says they are looking into it more and may be available next year. I hope so because traditional counseling is like torture for me, anxiety on super drive and any moment I'm thinking an attack will happen. Also it's a lot cheaper virtually. It's $200 per session traditional compared to about $50 per session online. And they are licensed therapists. Geez, I really didn't want to go back to the office...maybe I won't need to if I stay active in this support group and ofcourse stay on my meds.

Would Skype/telephone therapy be any easier for you? Some therapists do that
Hi Kaez,
Have you considered Group Therapy? As a Life Coach, I offer group coaching in addition to individual coaching, by online (via skype, zoom, etc.), phone, or in-person, and the prices are considerably different. What I’ve seen for some, a person attending a group session can pay, for example, $30.
I’m sure it’ll be more beneficial than trying to go it alone.
Will Blue Cross Blue Shield work with this program?
Insurance tends to cover group similarly as individual sessions. So online may still not be covered. It’s worth checking though to be sure.
Also though, I was hoping, perhaps, you may be enabled to forego the insurance, if they won’t pay, and still get some help at a significantly lower price. The quality of the service is the same except she or he is spreading it between 5-15, for example, people at the same time rather than only one.
have you tried 7 cups? they have online counselors for people there along with support groups. its free too
