pace yoself, I have truly been blessed over the years in that the frequency of my

phone sessions were like multiple times a week (sometimes everyday) and my therapist

just takes what my insurance pays and calls it even. I've more than tried not to abuse

that privilege she extended to me.

I totally agree. It’s hard for my family so they say there going to take me every other week. And I feel like they’re going to reduce it to once a month. My mom already thinks therapy doesn’t help so we’ll see how it goes.

Hi Pace_yoself, I'm so sorry what you are going through. I'm a mother and my daughter is going through the same thing. She keeps telling me to help her and I have tried everything and anything. She doesn't want to go to Therapy because she believes that won't help... When she tells me help me... want can a mother do to be there for their child? I have been here for her making her teas, staying up at night until her anxiety calms down and she can sleep, make her food... I'm to the point I don't know.... She isn't taking antidepressants because they get her worse than where she is at this point. I'm paying for a hypnotherapy from Australia and hopefully that works. Desperate mother...

Aww wow, you’re doing amazing. It’s okay that you don’t know the answers on how to help her, what matter most is that you’re there for her and you show her you love her.
