I wish that was enough... it seems to be necessary less and less but still more than 1x..
It is if you do the work daily, no magic just, simple work on yourself every day.

I understand what you mean. It does take quite a long time and requires a lot of hard work we need to put into it. It does work in the longer term. I am waiting for more therapy myself for my profound OCD.

Everyday 1 foot forward in front of other.. I’m a work in progress which I’m ok with for the 1st time in a long time. 😊
