I understand what you mean. It does take quite a long time and requires a lot of hard work we need to put into it. It does work in the longer term. I am waiting for more therapy myself for my profound OCD.

Never learned everything myself. Hypnosis, NLP,. Phycology, brain frequency method, holosyn, relaxation. Method, listening to mentors, meditation, etc

Everyday 1 foot forward in front of other.. I’m a work in progress which I’m ok with for the 1st time in a long time. 😊
