This is what helps me🙂

I am not my thoughts!

I am not my feelings!

I am not my moods!

I will not believe everything I think!

I really like this

“ Feelings change all the time.Which is why they can’t be trusted.

Especially, if they are thoughts that lie to us.”

I like that because it could mean being in a real dark place, in the pit. Yet, it could just be a lie. So I will take what I need and leave what I don’t want.

Hope this helps anyone

A saying I heard recently that's similar is "You're the sky, not the weather." It's really helped me lately.
