Hi Everyone, I am new here. I am not sure what to write. I was recently told that I have depression, anger issue and sever mood swings. I am seeking help locally but so far not one place called back letting me know that I can start counseling. Called many place but no call back so far. I feel helpless and hopeless. I feel this weird buzz feeling and it keeps me awake. I have not slept more than few hours each night for last few days. Any Advice?
