Hey guys I'm brand new here so not exactly sure how to begin, but a little history: Diagnosed with mdd and anxiety, was on prozac and getting counseling once a week, but have since lost my treatment due to financial situation...now my world is spinning again and I have no idea what to do so i'm here...trying to at least find an outlet for my ridiculously irrational reasoning and behavior.
