hi, i’m a newbie here. i’m a foreign worker here in taiwan. i’ve been working here since 2016 and since then my anxiety worsened. everyday i have panic attacks and keeps on thinking about suicide. i don’t want this to end that way. i am a single mom and i love my daughter so much but this sadness is killing me. my friends here left me and i feel so alone. i isolated myself to everyone, thinking that nobody wants me in their life. i wanted to go back to my home country but i need to work to pay debts. panic attacks even affects my performance in my job. what should i do?

Suicidal people don't want to die...they only want their pain to end.

A wise person told me that.

I struggle as you do. Find the source of your pain and work on it.

You said yourself that you don't want it to end this way...that you love your daughter.

This disease causes us to isolate ourselves and compound the problem.

Isloation gives us time to brood and worry.

I'm struggling too. You are not alone.

Please try contacting someone for help 855-382-5433. It is true that isolating yourself isn't helpful, but rather may intensify your anxiety. I have suffered from panic attacks too. Recently, I met with my doctor and I am taking medicine that seems to be helping. There is a purpose to your life and God desires that you look to Him for healing. I pray that you find it and that you are able to enjoy your daughter.
