Hey all, I'm new here. I've been battling anxiety for a few years and depression for about a year. It's all gotten worse recently because I lost my job plus the covid situation has added fuel to the fire.
It's made it harder for my partner to livw with me and I think he might have had enough.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I have had anxiety for years and severe vertigo due to vesbiler migraines and my partner couldn't cope and left me at my lowest point but I have learnt if someone loves you they will stick by you no matter what the most important thing is you get support as I felt so down asking for help and if it wasn't for my parents helping me I wouldn't be getting better now and with help from the hospital it's taking time but I'm trying I feel for you as anxiety and depression is challenging but your taking steps for help by coming on here like I did iv seen so much support on here of people and you don't feel as alone
I'm so sorry, yes it is extra hard for relationships and stress right now. Sometimes the feelings can loop around and we can't get out of our own way or out of our head. some things that help are the following: Taking magnesium malate will calm your mind body and spirit and ginseng is great to get rid of the loopy sticky negative thoughts so you can let go of them. They really help a lot! Also, getting out in sun is great. Vit D from the sun is mood lifting and energizing. volunteering is great to help you while you help others too. Best to you dear, you are loved.
