Hello everyone! I am new to this group! I founds this by searching the web on the anxiety and depression symptoms I have been having recently. Also dealing with super bad health anxiety. I am 23 years old and a mommy of a beautiful boy I am constantly in fear and worrying 24/7. I have tried so many natural ways on trying to cope with what I’m going through. My medication has not even worked and I hate the fact that I even have to take it.... I’m hoping this group with help me 💙

Welcome!!! I understand that you hate that you have to take it omg. Welcome to the group!!! Anxiety is so so hard and i hope you are able to navigate it well. Something that helped me was breathing and sitting very still with no noise and just letting myself be swallowed by silence. Shutting everything off. I know that’s a bit like “ok I’ve tried that” but hopefully it helps a tiny bit!

Welcome! I'm a relative newbie as well I've grown leaps and bounds since I was in my 20s and suffered from horrible anxiety. Learning to breathe and meditate helps me a lot, as well as writing in my journal as soon as I wake up in the morning, so I can get all the crazy thoughts out of my head and onto the paper. Once they're out, I can think about them logically and set my thinking straight for the day instead of going into my day dreading it or feeling out of control. It's a minute by minute, day by day sort of growth, but I was able to eventually get off my meds and have a good, healthy life. Talking with a counselor and learning how to let go of or respond to the people in my life who exacerbate my anxiety helped a lot, too. Welcome again and enjoy all the great advice you'll find here!
