Got home from work at 4 and I’m very overwhelmed. I’m stressed to the max. Starting to have panic attacks. I just wanna cry.

Hi Cat I'm new to the support group, in my experience we sometimes need to be gentle with ourselves and realise we are doing the best we can, it's ok to cry, to stress or to panic. We are human and sometimes we do not have strength left to be strong or fight to stay calm. I do not know what you going through but hope this helps a little.

Can you take a walk or do some other type of excercise. They say 20-30 min a day can help. I just found a free app called Headspace recommended by another member. Its seems to be good.

Hugs to you for calm 🤗🤗
