i tried to commit suicide n now my husband is giving me divorce bcoz i suffer from depression , i dont how to cope with it. was it my mistake ? i m getting mad by thinking abt this again n again

The fact that you suffer from depression is not a "mistake". It is an illness, just like any other illness. You will find understanding and support here. Just let us know what's on your mind.

You survived because you were supposed to, I believe that...Depression is usually a chemical imbalance in many of us. And the fact that you made an attempt is a desperate cry out that you need to get into some immediate help with this. Your husband is obviously not the person you want to be in your corner right now if they are jumping ship when you need help the most. Can you get into a safe place where you are with people who will be understanding about what your going through. Are you in therapy and can you get meds to help you with this depression, your in crisis.....please get help....get away from the situation that has you in this place right now....your not alone...your sharing here, keep sharing, do you have hotlines to call....here's a website with contacts, don't mind that it says movie, it is also an actual help page:

yes i m taking antidepressent , but these meds dont work for me before periods . its kinda i suffer from premenstrual syndrome along with general syndrome...

yes i m at safe place with my parents..

but i dont know is it my fault that my husbnd is asking from divorce
