Hello, I'm new here. I've never been on one of these websites before so I'm not that sure how this works. I have social anxiety disorder and depression. I haven't been feeling great lately and it's sometimes really hard for me to go to sleep or get out of bed. My mind is blank most of the time and I walk around like I have no intention of going anywhere and I can collapse any minute. I missed a second job interview because of my anxiety on Monday. I feel like I can't make anyone "happy" even if I do what I'm told. I don't know what I'm looking for in this support. Does anyone else feel this way ?

I too had similar problems like you. It is a hard burden to carry. Are you getting any help or care? I have trouble sleeping sometimes.

I just called like 5 different psychologists & not one of them answered. I left messages. My mom bought me these natural pills from an acupuncturist, I haven't taken them yet. I have trouble sleeping too. I got to sleep really late like 3, 4 AM and wake up like 12, 2 PM. It's taken a huge toll on my life, my families life, and my boyfriend's life. What type of help/medicine do you take ?
