Depression on vacation with boyfriend

I'm in beautiful Mexico on the beach and I'm depressed. I've been depressed for months now but I was thinking this could maybe make things better. Today I was a major drag because I had a headache, a stomach ache and I wanted to cry all the time. I haven't been affectionate with him at all. I haven't been very excitable or happy either. I feel so bad for him because I'm a terrible travel buddy. I haven't been getting regular sleep and have decided I am not going to drink beer here.
