Numbness

Hi I'm Tammicka and I am 20 and I've had thoughts of suicide just got out the hospital for it. Now I have urges of cutting or sometimes I'll be so irritated in public and want to fight someone or do something crazy I would never do like packing up and leaving and I've been cutting cause I'm about to lose my job and I don't have enough energy to care and just dumb.. I cried when they told me but then I go into this numb stage where I just don't care and want to steal or do something like running away. This paragraph isn't going to make any sense cause my mind is everywhere and I'm just lost.

Micka_xo but I do understand, I can read between the lines in what you are going through right now. That's a lot of physical emotions you are feeling. The medication you are on must be bringing down your energy and making you numb so that you won't harm yourself or anyone else. I hope Friday's appointment brings some answers in how to subdue what you are feeling at this time. Stay Safe and keep us updated with your progress. xx
