Whatever I seem to eat my mornings start with an upset stomach. It all started after antibiotics but I finished those in mid November.
Half way through some pre packed turkey slices when I saw one piece was black with green in the middle. Immediately three the rest out. Now panicking even more. So don't need this!

It does indeed. It feels the same. Still think gut is disturbed after antibiotics but it has bee eleven weeks now. Tried probiotics but they make it worse. Think it is a vicious circle. The gurgling gut loss of appetite and the anxiety. Thankfully no pain.
I actually had some horrible stomach and digestive issues. It turns out I had microscopic colitis (that was about 4 years ago). I ended up on antibiotics for a few months. It was about four months of being sick (I let the issues go for a good two or three months before I went to the doctor). I lost a lot of weight (and will spare you other details) but thankfully had a bathroom near my desk. It was tough. I actually forgot about until you just asked.
I felt good now; gained back all the weight and some. I worked on lowering my stress butvthat isn’t easy. I have a crazy rash now on my neck and back. I just went to the doctor after three weeks (my time getting into see a doctor is shorter) and was given a cream with a bit of steroids. I could have taken a round of prednisone (steroids) but since I take other meds I opted not to take them and hope the cream works.
My son is having issues and I am unemployed. My stress level is high. I have come to the realization today that some things are out of my control. My son suffered a pretty bad concussion Saturday ... long story but when they sent him for x-rays my anxiety almost went through the roof. Thankfully he did not break any bones and it appears his eye is OK. He has missed s lot of school due to his own anxiety. I have to take a few deep breathes thinking about it.
I hope you start to feel better soon. Go back to the doctor (if that is an option) or maybe call the nurse (again if that is an option) if you feel like something is off. Or ask the pharmacist in the place you got the meds if any of this normal. Just suggestions. Maybe you need to touch base with a health care provider (I tried probiotics once and I have to say, they made me feel worse!)
