Hidden Depression?

Hey guys. Long time no see.. So about 4-5 months ago I started feeling significantly better about my depression but didn't get over it completely, although I didn't pay much attention because I was feeling happier. Recently, about 2 1/2 months ago, something came back in my life that had played a huge role in my depression last year, and it's still in my life. I really don't know how to get out of it though.. Anyway, I started having these weird symptoms again, but I ignored them for a long time, again. I couldn't pretend like nothing was happening though, so I looked it up. I'm more ''alive'' than last year (when I was drowned in depression and anxiety), I have happier and more positive thoughts but some things are still here and are very bothering.. E.g, I've been having trouble sleeping without playing every bad memory, every stressing thing that might happen, every little thing in my head.. b. Overthinking things to a point that's become obsessive and tiring.. c. Overeating, even when I'm not hungry. d. Crying in random times e. Having blurry thoughts, get lost, lack of focus f. My energy is still significantly low.. g. I still don't want to get out of the house, even though I do, to see my friends. So, my question is: Is hidden depression really a thing? If you've ''discovered'' it, is it still hidden or do I have to just admit that I have the same serious depression as last year? Doesn't feel that bad though. Ah, I don't know. It's all very confusing. I apologise for the long post. Thank you:)

Giving it focus and actively working to make it go away again may prevent it from getting worse. Depression and anxiety can be quite the roller coaster of emotions. I hope things get better for you.
