The last 5 nights i haven't been sleeping go to bed @ 10 & brain cant shut down its exhausting to lay there get up walk around i do this until 4/5 in the morning then the next day eyes twitching from lack of sleep someone give advice on something to take besides medication

Chamomile tea can help relax you. Lavender oil on a pillow also. Maybe some exercise before bed may help.
Same thing i suffer from. I highly recommend melatonin pills from your local pharmacy. Melatonin is the chemical in our brain that helps us fall to sleep. The pills are natural and also helps to relieve stress and anxiety before falling to sleep. I'm sure there are different mg you can choose from. Hope i helped😘💜
Funny thing i bought some but took only 1 it said adults take 1-2 pills i was scared but it do works thanks for the reminder!#💖💖💖
