Loved one with Anxiety

Hi there! I’m new here and wanted to reach out to this community for help. Myself, I have anxiety which makes me lash out in anger. My significant other also has anxiety, but his is a dibilitating anxiety with panic attacks. Its to the point now where he can’t keep a job and it puts a lot of stress on me and anxiety on me which then I lash out in anger. He won’t seek for help, when he does, his dr just puts him on another medicine that doesn’t help and he misses work because of how it makes him feel. He doesn’t seem to want to help himself out. Who else out there has a loved one with anxiety and how do you help each other out and how do you stay positive when you see your loved one struggling with this and their career is crumbling?
