Hello..my hus taking anxiety med for 15 years and he has depression on and off.

He told the other day, he want to leave me because his emotions were crazy. Aftet the day, he showed sadness, he felt alone, as if nobody loved him. The next day, he was angry toward me to blame for everything and left two days so far. I need help..me and my daughter hurting emotionally..I told him this and asked him come back home..he did not say anything.

I'm so sorry this is happening to you and your family. I know it can be difficult loving someone with anxiety or depression. Is your husband seeing a professional right now? I know when I am having a hard time with my anxiety knowing I have support is very important.

That's a difficult situation. It's hard to force someone to talk to someone.

I am definitely not a professional and it hurts me to hear what you and your family are going through. We have a couple we are friends with and he is said to be bipolar... which causes terrible mood swings along with depression. Maybe there are more support groups available for handling the moods. You sound like a strong Lady. I hope you find the support and medication that is right for him. I know our friends have said when he gets moody she has to step back and accept that this is not who he really is... it is just chemical. Best wish for you. Stay strong. And please feel to vent here as much as you need.

Thank you so much for this comment! My husband came back to pick up some clothes to spend the night at a buddy's house to go think for a while. When he came, I showed him this comment. We made plans to go to church on Sunday, so we can just go pray and set our minds at ease. He also agreed to go to the doctor's office. I feel like he became a bit more open minded. Again, thank you so much!
