Just feeling down....

Today I've stayed in bed all day I feel super sick and tired... I keep getting waves of anxiety and chest pains..... I just don't want to deal with this anymore... I'm so tired, when will I be free... I'm scared to have another child due to the fear of falling deeper into depression and anxiety... it's been 8 months, yes things have gotten better but I still feel scared and keep thinking I'm gonna die of a heart attack.... I just want to be my old self again I'm tired of having only bits and pieces of happiness

Bless I get days like that also and a punch bag is what I feel I need at times alot of peopledo get the same way hun your certainly not alone in this tour child is the one that keeps your strong and keeps you going I've found this forum and others like it such a help as everyone is in the same boat and we all try to help each other stay strongoing you have a beautiful child and in time things will get better for you I promise xxx
