It sounds like Generalized Anxiety Disorder but I'm not an expert so I wouldn't take my word for it. You need to see a psychologist if things have reached this level.
Talking here is a great start. Also... I believe... moving on it and getting help sooner than later is a good thing. In my situation my anxiety began to beget more anxiety. Mean I became affair of where and when the next attach was going to hit. Really wish I could have know better and address the real issues sooner... i.e. The right meds and build support and awareness.
I can totally relate to what you are going through, except I have NEVER been a worrier in the past. I have had a panic attack now and then and bouts of depression, but nothing like it has been lately, almost 24 /7. I agree it is exhausting, I suggest a counselor, which seams to be helping me figure out whats going on. You are not alone !
Hi guys, i visited the doctor who helped me with advice and medication, its almost two weeks on and i am starting to feel like me again! My advice is reach out to whoever and as many people as possible and visit your doctor asap!
