I’m new here and wanted to say Hi. I’m not entirely sure why I signed up but I was looking for a support group (zoom) but I think this is actually a great way to get involved.
I have been dealing with Depression and Anxiety for about 9 years now. I am grateful I have bi weekly appointments with my therapist and see my psychiatrist every 6 weeks. My mental health has its ups and downs but right now I’m in a relatively stable place.
Ill spend more time here for the next few weeks and hope to connect with others.
Same here I'm looking for support too. My anxiety and depression has been worse lately though. I've had some pretty dark days. This weekend feeling a little better though. Just taking it one day at a time. Would like to chat with someone one on one though.

Hi sorry to hear that you are having some negative aspirations you are in a good place on this site like minded people who support I can understand the overwhelm and the negative emotive. can seem daunting with time on you're side making small adjustments to self care and best of interests you can shift any limited belief habits, you are worthy belief in self exchanging any negative imitations with positive affirmations inspirations helps reflect and lighten burdens a sense of understanding change that works with removing any intolerances finding clarity that can brighten outlooks like writing down those patterns lifting self esteem perspective leaving past behind that hinders you're true self a deep sense of belonging sharing interests with friends moves the reality of possibilities building maybe a sense of achieving taking mind away calmness interests motivating self attributes hope this helps uplift any possibilities
