Hi Everyone,

I was lucky enough to stumble acros this website recently and decided to join. I've suffered from severe health anxiety for the last 11 or so years with a healthy dose of depression scattered throughout. I recently came off my medicine about 6 months ago because my husband and I are thinking about having a family. I was actually doing pretty good until a month ago and I've been having a pretty rough time ever since. I am fortunate enough that my friends and family are very supportive but it's always nice to be able to talk to others that share the same experiences first hand.

I agree with you, it's always nice to be able to talk to others that share the same experiences first hand. And anyone who hasn't had this experience, just can't imagine what it's like.
