Since early last December, I started a downward move mentally. For the first time ever, I'm feeling like everyone and myself are better off happinesswise and financially if I were not around.
Not A good feeling. I'm not doing well. I've decided to join ADAA after hearing an interview on a podcast, The Art of Manliness, with a Mr. Stossel about anxiety and depression.
