feeling sad

wake up feeling really anxious, my chest paining me everytime it hurts i feel like wonder if is a heart attack. i am checking my pulse constantly i am just scared feel like i am going to lose control i did a ECG last week ma heart beat is normal........................ i have a presentation later i am well prepared for so i dont know whats my issue.................. i just feel like crying my eyes out...just need someone to talk to. i dont want to tell my friends cause everyone commended me on doing great so far limited panic attack......
