Hello mamakatz...how can I help you today? Not saying that I have any answers but I can be a good "listener"....What's going on?

I am about the same age. I am here. It takes a lot of courage to say that.

Do you live near any old friends? How is your day going?

I have mental health issues of depression and panic attacks. I take meds and see a great therapist. Also now undergoing TMS (look it up on the internet--it's pretty new treatment, but very expensive unfortunately) which is helping me a LOT. I am very isolated and lonely and need friends, too. It's hard to be upbeat when you're in your own head all the time.
