Hi everyone, I am new to the site. My boyfriend has expressed to me he feels worthless and has had thoughts like "Im not good enough" "no-one would miss me if i was gone" in the past. I obviously ensured him that that wasn't true and there are people who love him. I have told him to see therapist but he hasn't and Im not sure what else I should do.

It's the old "can't make the horse drink the water" business. You can get the horse to the water but you can't make him drink it. Possibly you can offer to go with him to the counselor and if he agrees, then you could make the appointment and see that he goes with you. Maybe you can drop out later if that seems possible, but it could work out fine that you two go together. I hope you get him there however you do it!
