Good Morning! I am new to all of this. I suffer from Anxiety and Depression, I have a lot of panic attacks and I am going to my first visit with a psychiatrist to get help. If their is any information that any of you feel that could help me I would really appreciate it.. Thank you! Mary

You will be able to get through this and find your ways to cope! Everyone here is living proof that anxiety and depression doesn't have to take over your life! I didn't go to school for 2 months because of panic attacks!! I decided that I would not let that keep me from doing what was necessary, worked hard, and graduated! You can get through these attacks! I hope you find comfort in your appointments!

Your psychiatrist can help you with meds and some talking but you should also see a therapist on a regular basis. That is where I find my greatest help!
