Grateful-Bad days do pass

I'm so thankful and happy to say this week has been easier on me. Sometimes everything pounces on you at once and you feel overwhelmed and you feel like it is not possible to feel better. But that passes. I am calmer, still have insomnia. But at least I'm not horribly sad when I am awake or having heart palpitations and and just feeling like it's the end of the world. I can pick up a book and read a little. I can play soothing music and just let the insomnia be. Work is still tough but I am setting clear boundaries and only putting in effort that my body can handle 💪
