I used to be pretty fit- cycling, walking etc but have just had an extended period of ‘languishing’, pre starting a new role… long story short, I’ve pretty much been sedentary for the last three months, and having turned 60, feel the need to ‘get going’ again😜🕺🤞- monitoring my brisk walking is a start, also signed up for the Zoe programme + indoor rowing 🚣♂️… wish me luck!😜🤞🤩

Good luck. I have just signed up for the second part of the LOTR challenge having completed 663 miles in total for the first one. Wish me luck too - I must be mad!!
Orcs, Hobbits, Elves, big ugly spiders, the works 🕷️!
LOTR is the Lord of the Ring challenge run by Conquerer Challenges.
I've just completed the first challenge, with 5 events spanning 663 walking/running miles, and signed up yesterday for the second (and final) challenge, The Return of the Kings, with 3 events spanning 250 miles.
Not for everyone, but I find it helps me stay motivated, especially on the days when chronic fatigue has me dragging my feet through treacle 😮💨
The medals are fabulous quality - have a look on my feed if you like 😃
Well done! The Active10 app might help with motivation, hunting after the various badges. Link at bottom of this forum webpages.
