I have downloaded Active 10 as a pre exercise to tackling the couch to 5 k. Today I committed to my first Active 10 goal and did it! It was a 36 minute walk with 27 brisk minutes and I feel like I need to keep the momentum going now! I have a 4 month old baby and experience anxiety (history of) so I'm hoping it will help both my mental and physical health. And ideally get me in a place to start the couch25k.

Both forums are friendly and supportive and even after you’ve build up your walking to start C25k, Active 10 really compliments it on your non running days to help keep your mood lifted. That sounds like a fantastic plan. Running and walking go so well together. I came the opposite way, from years of the C25K forum, to this one after an injury. I look forward to hearing about your progress.
