I was in a busy city yesterday which I do like as I lived there for a long time so know my way around but was keen to get some real fresh air today.
I really like how the A10 App asks your motives as walking is good for us and in so many ways. So it’s great to be encouraged in such a simple way as 10 minutes is a great marker as I’ve always thought in miles/km. so I really liked the simplicity and how encouraging it was with the circle soon filling up.
Here’s where I’ve been it’s only about 10 minutes from me but I come home the long way. I often sit here on a fallen tree and just appreciate nature and during the lockdowns just walking here and enjoying being here was very beneficial mentally so I think we should encourage the Active 10 app as a tool for our mental health.
This is one of my favourite spots for a walk and to relax and it’s definitely good for my health and in so many ways and it shows what a beautiful world there is out there.
