I’m currently obsessed with finding the perfect song playlists to walk and run to.
This lunchtime walk, I tried a song playlist that has beats per minute (BPM) between 130 and 140. But 140 BPM is a bit too fast, s as if between 130 and 135 is doable.
Will post the playlists once I have experimented a bit more, but wondered if anyone else has specific music they love walking to?
